1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Diesel Doctorz (“we”, “our”, or “us”), including but not limited to mobile truck repair, in-shop repair, annual truck safety inspections, roadside assistance, and fleet repair services, you (“you”, “your”, or “Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Diesel Doctorz offers a wide range of truck and heavy vehicle repair services, including but not limited to:

Mobile Truck Repair: On-site diagnostics, repairs, and parts replacement for trucks and trailers.
In-Shop Truck Repair: Repairs conducted at our designated shop facility, including engine, brake, and transmission work.
Fleet Maintenance & Repair: Ongoing service contracts and repairs for commercial fleets.
Roadside Assistance: Emergency roadside services including towing coordination, battery boosts, tire replacement, lockout services, and fuel delivery.
Annual Safety Inspections: Ministry of Transportation (MTO) certified inspections required for commercial vehicle compliance.

All services are subject to availability and are provided in accordance with industry standards and applicable regulations.

3. Service Appointments

Scheduling: Appointments can be made via phone, email, or our website.
Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Emergency Requests: Emergency roadside assistance is prioritized based on severity and availability. Response times may vary.

4. Payment Terms

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit, e-transfer, and approved commercial accounts.
Estimates & Quotes: Preliminary estimates are provided upon request. Final invoices may vary based on labor, parts, and unforeseen issues.
Late Payments: Outstanding invoices are subject to late fees and potential legal collection actions.

5. Warranty & Liability

Labor Warranty: We offer a 90-day limited labor warranty. This does not include customer-supplied parts.
Parts Warranty: Parts are subject to manufacturer warranties. We are not liable for manufacturer defects.
Limitation of Liability: Diesel Doctorz is not responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from any service.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

Provide accurate vehicle and service information.
Ensure safe working conditions for mobile repairs (e.g., off-highway, flat surface, etc.).
Remove personal items from vehicles before servicing.

7. Termination

Diesel Doctorz reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at our discretion, especially in cases of abusive behavior, unsafe work environments, or non-payment.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario. Any disputes shall be resolved in Ontario courts.
